The setting was pretty, but there was no reception desk, no reply to my booking messages, and no heating.

The staff were friendly, check‑in was smooth, the spot is close to the S‑bahn, breakfast was tasty, the room was tidy and cozy, and the price was very reasonable; getting to Hamburg by train isn’t far. I’d definitely recommend it!

The hotel sits in a beautiful park, very quiet with plenty of outdoor spaces and a terrace. It’s freshly renovated, tastefully furnished, and very cozy. The reception was extremely friendly and helpful, and the whole staff made you feel at home. I’d love to return. The nearby Elbe and the Blankenese stairs district invite walks and leave nice impressions.

I felt very comfortable, everything was very clean and the breakfast had everything you need. The bus stop is right outside the door. Unfortunately, the place is very noisy to the outside.
