“A Luxurious Oasis in Cairo”
From the instant we walked in, the place felt like pure luxury; every staff member was incredibly kind and delivered polished, thoughtful service that lived up to the Four Seasons reputation. The concierge team was exceptionally helpful and attentive, going out of their way to meet any request. Their genuine hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. After the hectic pace of Cairo, stepping into such a calm, opulent, and welcoming environment put us at ease and confirmed that staying here was worth it. A female front‑desk associate and a gentleman I think was a manager welcomed us warmly right from check‑in. I usually stay at Marriott hotels and even stayed at Marriott Mena House on this trip, but this experience instantly turned me into a Four Seasons fan. We were celebrating a birthday, and the team surprised us with a lovely gesture that made the stay even more special. I want to thank every staff member, especially the concierge, for making our Egypt trip wonderful and unforgettable!
