The place was very nice and well‑maintained, surrounded by plenty of greenery; there’s a market, a bar/restaurant, pools, a playground, a laundromat, and other useful amenities on the campsite. Each room had a mini fridge, a clean bathroom, and the reception was open 24/7. At night, the tents were cold even with an extra blanket (it was September); the location takes about 25 minutes to reach, and the buses run on a tight schedule; unfortunately the bar/restaurant was closed from 14:30 to 17:30.

The apartment was spotless, and the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room stayed clean throughout, and we received plenty of snacks and even a cloth rack to dry our clothes. The spot is near a loud road, and the train timetable to Bologna Central is a bit awkward. For a longer stay, the lack of a proper table and a larger fridge was noticeable.

チェックイン時スタッフがおらず、39度の暑い中、玄関さらに部屋にはいれず、夫婦2人外で1時間半位またされた。また、部屋の鍵は古く中々開かなかった。たまたま、住人のアントニオと言う親切な方とその奥様に助けられ玄関、部屋に入れた。スタッフの到着は2時間後だった。 また、朝食に期待していたが、パン菓子パンなど3日分まとめて部屋の隅に置かれていただけだった。また、レンジもなく、買ってきたピザも食べられなかった。ホテル並みの価格だったのでボローニャの民泊に期待したが、ホテルにすべきだった。

Good location with train and bus access to town, and the room was nice. Nothing else to add.
