The room was cleaned daily and we received fresh towels when we requested them, but the mattress felt worn and many people had sat on its edge, making it start to collapse; we only saw staff when we asked for extra light bulbs beside the bed.

The location was good and the room was clean, but it was very small; a minibar or microwave would have been helpful, otherwise it did what it was supposed to do.

The hotel’s proximity to the main train station and the metro was a plus, yet the bed was very uncomfortable; even though the metro is right outside, it doesn’t serve the popular tourist spots.
