The rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was decent. The hotel is a bit far from everything, and the furnishings look dated compared to the pictures.

The location is fine, but the service was very poor, breakfast facilities were lacking, and the junior staff had a negative attitude.

The British‑era building has its own charm, and the rooms were spacious with huge windows. Valley‑facing rooms were especially pleasant. It’s an old building, so there’s no swimming pool, but overall it offered good value for money.

The staff were great—Manisha was fantastic at breakfast service, Shubham was a good salesman, and the reception and housekeeping staff were always ready to help.
