Overall good quality. Note these points: the access is hard to find, especially at night; the nearby souk blocks entry to the hotel; litter along the road gives a bad impression; inside the hotel many lights don't work (e.g., the shared toilets), and the room AC never turns off. The staff’s service, friendliness, and availability are lacking.

“Une semaine de détente dans un très joli cadre”

The hotel is wonderfully charming, set in a green, well‑maintained environment. It’s a bit far from the medina, but that’s noted, so no surprise there, and it also means you’re in a quiet spot ☺️ The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The staff were helpful and available, and overall I had a great stay! The only disappointment was the breakfast—especially the juice that looked fresh but turned out to be fizzy.

I was completely ruined by being wrongly accused of breaking the bathroom sink and being asked to pay a huge fee for repairs—no estimate, no proof, and I even wondered if it was a scam because such places usually have insurance and the amount seemed out of nowhere. The situation felt dangerous and could have injured us, and it seemed more like a result of poor maintenance or wear. We received no apology for the accusation or its aftermath, so I don’t recommend this place. There were also plenty of insects in the pool and very few nearby dining options, luckily we had a car.

The hotel was incredibly comfortable with a superb pool and well-equipped facilities. The breakfast could use improvement; it was fine but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

I loved everything! The hotel is a hidden paradise near Marrakesh. We stayed in a superior room overlooking the pool—very comfortable, spacious, and impeccably decorated. The pool is huge, and outside there are plenty of games for kids. It’s a 20‑minute drive from the chaos of Marrakesh’s center, making it perfect for those seeking peace. I’d choose this hotel again; it was a pleasant surprise! The only thing we missed was having water in the room and shampoo and body wash in the bathroom.
