The location is good, the modern room and the simple check‑in. The only issue was a small trash bin in the bathroom; an extra bin in the room would be good, and a small wardrobe for clothes would be practical. The sheets were a bit too thin.

Great location for shopping, close to all the stores. The room was spacious and the reception staff handled all our questions quickly and well. Nothing else.

“Dos noches sin dormir por falta de mantenimiento”

The location is fine, but staying four nights here turned out to be a nightmare. On the first night we barely slept because the split air‑con kept whirring even when off; after a 12‑hour journey we just wanted rest. I told reception the next morning, and the staff member was not very friendly but promised to fix it. By nightfall the room was flooded because the repair had made it worse, so Marie, who was at the front desk, swapped us rooms. I appreciate that, yet the new room still had split issues and leaked a lot of water, so we couldn’t turn it on and it stayed hot, making another bad night. Only on the third night did we finally sleep well after the problem was properly resolved. It’s unfortunate that during a four‑night stay we had to endure two nights almost without sleep due to maintenance that should have been handled from the start. After a long trip, basic rest is expected. The positive is the good location, convenient for exploring Madrid, but the maintenance problems and early nights made the stay unsatisfactory.

The spot is great, but having a kettle in the room would have been a real bonus.
