Nice place, but we didn’t find towels in the villa and the bed linen had a distinct urine smell.

Our time at this holiday cottage left more bad impressions than good ones. When we arrived the gate wouldn’t open, so we waited about an hour and a half for a staff member to let us in, which was frustrating after a long journey, especially with our 10‑month‑old baby. We had asked beforehand what was included in the price and were told both bedding and towels were provided; the bed was made up on arrival but there were no towels. The reception told us towels were only available for an extra charge, which contradicted the earlier information. At the on‑site café we tried to order food only to be told the kitchen didn’t open until 18:00. A staff member suggested we could have cocktails there and get food from the neighboring café while sitting at their tables, which we did, but about 15 minutes later another employee told us this wasn’t allowed, even though we were doing exactly what we had been advised. Finally, the lack of air‑conditioning was a real problem: it was around 35 °C outside and even hotter inside, making the cottage almost unbearable, especially with a baby. We hope the owners take these issues seriously and improve the service and facilities for future guests.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this holiday park: everything was clean, well‑maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the children loved the playgrounds and all the activities. Plenty of space to relax, the atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable, and we created many happy memories. We’d definitely recommend it to families and hope to return. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning; we stayed when temperatures were above 30 °C, so it was extremely hot and stuffy inside the accommodation. An AC or at least a fan would have made the stay much more comfortable.

“Great stay in the nature”

Great location with lots of fun things for the kids, but all the slides for younger children were closed off and the restaurant and shop were not open for very long.
