We were a group of hikers on the Regordane trail, mostly on foot, and the underground parking access at the hotel is difficult without an elevator, especially with luggage.

I stayed in a spacious room with comfortable beds and enjoyed a royal breakfast; nothing negative.

The room and breakfast were very good, but the reception felt a bit cold when we arrived with our sick little child who had vomited, and they didn't show much attention.

The hotel was new, clean, well‑located, had a decent breakfast and an elevator, but it was actually an old building with steep stairs between floors, no elevator, terrible Wi‑Fi, the TV kept losing connection, the breakfast was mediocre and industrial‑looking, there was no shower—only a bathtub—making it impossible for someone with reduced mobility.
