The only thing I liked was the location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. In the shower only hot water came out, just like in the kitchen; the stove burners didn’t work, and there were bugs—probably fleas—in the bed.

“It was the most horrible hotel I ever lived in”

I thought the price was reasonable. They lied to me for no reason, just wishing God to bless everyone on that property. They banned me because they didn’t have a room available and nothing was done about it.

The hotel itself is nice, and the building layout and access are well thought out. The staff were not very polite and seemed to have a bad attitude. The lobby was dirty, the elevator was dirty, and the bathroom in our room was dirty.

“Terrible experience, I will never use booking.com again.”

Nothing. My booking was confirmed and then I got a call from the hotel saying they had no rooms available, and I never received a refund.
