The room was cold with no heating. When we got in at 10 p.m., the window was open, making it even colder. The radiators in both the room and the bathroom were set to maximum but stayed cold. It was a cold night, so our stay felt very uncomfortable. We called the property several times; they told us to wait, then said the heating had been turned up, but the radiators stayed cold. Working heating is a basic requirement we expected from the accommodation we paid for.

The area was extremely peaceful, quiet and calm. It was already quite autumnal, and at night it was two degrees colder, so with no heating I felt a bit chilled.

The property was very nice and fully equipped. A big plus was the espresso machine. The owner was very polite and helpful. The location was very quiet and calm. Good night public transport.

The vacuuming could use a bit more attention; the amount of dust under the bed and in other corners is somewhat concerning.
