Checking in and out was easy, and I could grab towels myself; using the code or app to open the doors was also handy. The downside was that there was no toilet in the lobby.

The location was excellent, the rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was great. The swimming pool was very shallow, only good for sitting.

The building is in a central spot, perfect for exploring Valencia, very clean and brand‑new. The room we chose was huge and super comfortable. Everything works digitally, which is efficient, but I didn’t like never being able to talk to any staff member, not even a maid. Room cleaning is an extra service and if not requested, no one comes to wash the bathroom or make the bed, which I find absurd for a hotel of this level. That service should be included in the room price, or at least the room should have disinfectant supplies for guests to use.

The pool is too small and only 10 cm deep.

“Good option in central position”

The location is central and check‑in is quick and self‑service. The cleanliness needs improvement, the hall is very cold, the gym is far away in a different Numa hotel.
