Rooms feature understated elegance with curved lines, Japanese tatami, luxury fabrics, flat‑screen TVs, iPod docking, and free WiFi. Seven restaurants, including Armani Hashi and Armani Privé, provide refined dining and nightlife. The 20‑minute drive to Dubai International Airport adds convenience.

I was excited to experience the Burj Khalifa, but we were already guests and asked to add a night because our flight changed due to security alerts. Even though the hotel wasn’t full, they only offered the room at the regular daily rate. I understand how luxury hotels operate, but in exceptional circumstances and for a guest already staying there, some flexibility or consideration would have been reasonable. We ultimately chose another similar‑priced hotel that offered a better rate. Also, the room lacked several expected luxury amenities; the basics were just soap, a comb, a bag, and pencils, which doesn’t match the Armani brand’s service level.
