The location and service were fine. The small window, the shower, and the climate control worked as they should, but the bed was a nightmare—sleep was impossible.

Everything was great! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. The location was also very convenient—about 10 minutes from the city centre and only 5–7 minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Pescara, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I spent a week there with my son. We were very comfortable; the room was spacious, equipped with a coffee machine that had pods and sugar, a fridge (where we found water that was much appreciated after the trip), and a small oven. The host, Laura, was helpful and kind. The place was well situated between the station, supermarkets, and the beach.

The place was spotlessly clean and in a great spot. I'd definitely come back again, everything was excellent.
