“Accoglienza non accogliente”
The room and bathroom were clean and the place was quiet. When we told the owner that we didn’t understand, because we thought the apartment was far from where we thought we had booked, he said we would have to go to a dependency 1 km away and was very grumpy and showed no empathy. We weren’t asking to cancel, we were just confused about having to drive to the center against our plans. Also, with two refrigerators in the building—one in the room and one in the entry lounge—there was not even a complimentary water bottle. Considering the place is far from any bar, a euro for a bottle of water would be a nice gesture for guests or just remove the fridges. The beds were really basic and the room modest.
