The breakfast was pretty basic, but the hotel’s location and its quirky theme were pleasant. What really needs work is the staff’s service, the overall cleanliness, and especially the upkeep of the pool, which felt neglected. It’s an okay place if they sort those issues out.

The spot is convenient and the facilities are decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. Unfortunately, the noise problem is real – the supposed quiet‑hours policy never seems to be enforced, making it hard to relax. It’s a mixed bag.

Absolutely awful—got a room right next to the front desk where the bell rang all night and staff kept chatting nonstop. The “window” was just a fake view of the pool pump that roared awake at six in the morning, with zero soundproofing. To top it off, they tried to charge me an extra 15,000 pesos instead of refunding me, which felt like a straight‑up scam.

Staff were friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable, and the whole property looked nice and well‑kept. I had no complaints and would happily stay here again.

The staff were super helpful and the service top‑notch, but the hotel feels a bit off the main area, so you’re a little farther from the center.
