Hotel Udyam Glory

Nothing to say except the location; the AC worked well and the room had good ventilation. The room’s amenities didn’t work – the electric kettle was missing, there was no table, the bathroom was tiny, and the hotel didn’t provide breakfast even though it was listed.

No breakfast was arranged or given. The “complimentary breakfast” was a lie. After complaining they only handed me one plate of vada, and that was not fresh.

“Not worth”

The location was fine. The staff’s response was slow, and the breakfast timing was off.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the hotel's service quality and staff behavior, which fell short of my expectations. The room service was subpar, and I was not provided with the complimentary water bottles that I was assured of during my restaurant visit. The lack of coordination between the restaurant and room service staff was evident, and it was clear that the hotel's management was not doing a great job in ensuring a smooth guest experience.

While I appreciated the hotel's location and the friendly staff, my stay was marred by some issues with the breakfast timing and room cleaning. The breakfast was served at 9:30 am, which I found to be a bit late, and the room cleaning was not done when I requested it, which was inconvenient.
