“It was comfortable”

Breakfast should be free for what you pay; Hilton Home and Suites next door offers complimentary breakfast. Not having complimentary breakfast is a downside.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, but overall it was a pleasant stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby in a safe area. The pool and hot tub were popular, but unfortunately, they got too crowded and noisy at night. However, we were able to enjoy them to ourselves in the morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious, with a special shout-out to the talented chef who prepared it.

“Overall it was acceptable”

I was pleased with my stay at this hotel, which offered plenty of parking for larger vehicles and a welcoming staff. The room had a fantastic view, and the gym was a nice bonus. However, I was disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included in the room rate and had to be paid for separately. I think it would be helpful for the hotel to clearly indicate this on their website or at check-in, so guests know what to expect.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown. I had paid for a room with a jacuzzi, but it didn't work, which was a major disappointment. I was expecting to relax and unwind in the hot tub, but it was out of order.

“I love this hotel we stay here many many more times”

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel, which was clean and comfortable. However, there was a blackout outside during my stay, and I'm still waiting for a refund. The staff was lovely, and the food was good, but the elevators were a bit of a concern due to their squeaky noise, which scared me. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, but with some caveats.
