The location was very close to the railway station, but the room’s cleanliness and standard didn’t match the photos.

The property’s location, name, and contact number were fake—it was used to book another hotel.

There was no service at all; linen towels were used, no potable drinking water, and when I asked for a bowl and a spoon I was bluntly refused; there was no intercom or basic facilities.

Their services were really bad; the room and bathrooms were not clean, the photos used for rooms were utterly fake and not even 1% similar, so it was not worth the money.
