The staff treated us well, but the room didn’t feel clean at all; even though I booked a smoking room knowing it would smell, the odor was still strong, and the whole place felt dated.

Being only about five minutes on foot from Hakata Station and getting breakfast included made the price feel like good value, yet it would have been better without a curfew and with a bit more space in the room.
