I was amazed that my room even had a piano keyboard; the décor, staff, and views were all outstanding.

The property felt brand‑new and unused, but for a 5* hotel it’s odd that they don’t offer large 1m × 1.8m bath towels— the biggest size they have is about 80 × 50 cm, a mid‑size towel. When we asked, they said they simply don’t have the larger ones. The room photos were also somewhat inaccurate: we booked one of the best rooms with a balcony, yet the balcony was much shallower than shown, and the ceiling height there was very low, almost like a cruise‑ship balcony. Knowing this beforehand, we would have chosen a regular room. We came for a birthday celebration and they didn’t give a candle for the cake because it’s banned on the property; normally they can provide a custom cake, but that wasn’t offered to us either. The hotel is nice, but communication and basic items like towel size need improvement.
