Nice spot, right by the beach and tucked into nature, but you gotta let them know ahead of time if you want to eat there. The kitchen crew changes, so we didn’t get a meal and had to walk 40 minutes with a kid to the nearest place in Termales. Not the safest, but the location is still great.

Luz was welcoming and the location is solid, but the price feels high for what you get, there are no common areas, and the mattresses are as hard as stones.

The place is amazing, the hotel team are all super helpful and set up whale‑watching tours and jungle hikes. The beach and sea are dream‑like!
