The host was very friendly and attentive, and the room offered great views. Breakfast was good and the value was solid. The bathroom was clean but looked a bit old-fashioned.

“Accueil chaleureux et familial dans cette grande maison sur 3 étages. Je recommande!”

The owner welcomed us warmly and went out of her way to offer us a roof‑top spot with a balcony overlooking the valley. We appreciated having a shared bathroom just for us, since the other tenants on the floor hadn't arrived yet. Breakfast was hearty and served buffet‑style, and there was a fridge in the ground‑floor corridor where we could grab a beer after a hike—handy for perishables. Parking on the premises was free for those with cars. The bathroom was not private, but it didn’t bother us because no one else was there, which also explains why this place is cheaper than others in the valley. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The welcome was great, the view was nice, and the place was clean. The only downside was the missing full‑length mirror.
