“Péssimo”
The location was good—central and on a quiet street, which helped with silence—and the bed was comfortable, but the room had unclean wall dust, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell, the bathroom window was broken with a 10 cm gap, there was no place for soap, no face towels were provided, the breakfast was the worst I've had even though I travel a lot; the scrambled eggs were cold, the coffee was cold, the pan was so dirty with burnt cheese that it was disgusting, there were cold pizzas from some unknown time with a horrible appearance, and to make matters worse the front desk staff were on their phones instead of attending to their duties.
