Very truly very pleasant and accommodating staff at both the reception and breakfast service, excellent English, very intelligent and polite people; the price‑quality ratio is a bit high because it’s in Paris and the hotel has a good location, so you end up paying a little extra.

Everything was really nice, but room service was a bit lacking and the room cleaning didn’t reach the top level.

The decor and bed were good, but the bathroom was old with a bathtub that should be replaced by a more modern, usable shower box; the carpet was outdated and unhygienic by today’s standards, and the room needs to remove that and install a more suitable floor.

The staff was exceptional, especially at the front desk; they were very kind and accommodating, eager to answer any questions and gladly showed me where to go and what I could do on my own, making me feel safe and well taken care of.
