“Missing advertised amenities”

The staff were friendly. I booked an Executive Suite advertised with a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, but none of these amenities were present. Instead, I was told laundry and dining were only available for an extra fee. When checking out, the owner demanded double payment due to normal international banking clearing delays.

“hotel tranquillo”

The place was neat and clean, had good Wi‑Fi and a nice pool, and the room was spacious with a large balcony in a quiet area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had a late‑night flight, so we had to check out later than usual; since we were the only guests, the extra charge for those extra hours felt excessive.

The small property was very well organized, featuring a spa, pool and dining service, all of which were excellent.

I told the hotel a week in advance that I’d like to be picked up at a specific time, and they confirmed it, but when I arrived, nobody was there to meet me. I ended up taking a taxi from the airport, and the staff later reimbursed me for the fare, which helped smooth over my first bad impression. There was a power outage all night and into the morning, yet they still served breakfast and coffee. The highlight was the host, Patricia, who was very polite and did everything she could to sort out the problems. Thanks to Patricia for her attitude and professionalism. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay after arriving in Entebbe or before leaving.
