Very beautiful, well‑maintained property. The stairs are a bit of a bother.

The patio, garden and pool are very well cared for and welcoming. The breakfast is meticulous and abundant. A small new issue: the room (very well furnished, large airy bathroom with a spacious shower) faces the provincial road; however, the night remains quiet with traffic practically zero.

A truly pleasant stay! The accommodation is very nice, cozy, and quiet; in a central location that allows easy car access to many Tuscan cities. Linda, the owner, was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. We also appreciated her attention to gluten‑free breakfast, for which she went out of her way to find several alternatives. No complaints.

The place, breakfast, and the nice and helpful people were wonderful. The beautiful garden with the pool. All the facilities we needed were available.
