Hotel Wildunger Hof, opposite Bad Wildungen’s spa gardens, sits a brief walk from the health resort and headquarters. Its Art Nouveau façade resembles a luxury villa despite 60 rooms. Each floor features a fully equipped shared kitchen, and on‑site parking is available subject to space. Ideal for wellness travelers seeking historic charm and communal amenities.

The location was pretty good. The apartment had enough space. The hotel did not match the description or the pictures on the website; it looked unkempt, overgrown with weeds from every side, almost abandoned. The apartment lacked sufficient dishes and cutlery, and the overall equipment was poor. No tap worked properly, showering was nearly impossible with only trickle‑water, and it was not clean, smelling quite dusty. We would not book this hotel again or recommend it.

I stayed in a room that had two sets of windows, but the bedding felt scratchy.

The room was very nice and the bed was good, no need for a kitchen.

The price‑to‑value was absolutely fine and it was ideal for a short stay, but the TV was completely outdated and the receiver didn’t work, though that wasn’t relevant to my booking reason.

The location on the street was good, but the staff were terrible—only phone contact, rude, and even when I called about a broken air conditioner they didn’t care.
