The location is excellent, near Rome’s main metro station, the staff are super helpful, the room size is good, Wi‑Fi is great, the shower is good, and there are utensils, a microwave, plates, all of which helped a lot during our stay.

The spot is excellent—just two blocks from the metro, taxi, bus, and train stops, and surrounded by dozens of restaurants, shops, and street vendors, close to the Colosseum and other major sights. The rooms are clean and modern, and the elevator feels quaint. I wish there were more storage options; we were in Italy for a month with a lot of luggage, so we had to live out of the suitcase, which we managed but would have liked a few drawers for extra space.

The location was very convenient, just minutes from Roma Termini Station, and the access details were clear; the facilities were lovely and I had everything I needed for a single night. The only downside was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain.
