“Shall not return”

The property sits in a beautiful park near the woods and offers many daily trip options, but there were several problems. There was no hot water, resulting in cold showers, and the boiler pressure was only 0.3 atm. It was unclear who to contact because several phone numbers didn’t answer on the weekend. When I reported this to the concierge, I received a very rude reply, being blamed for not reporting the issue. I believe the property should always be in good order when guests arrive.

“Excelente ubicación para descubrir la Veluwe”

We really liked the peacefulness of the park, the natural surroundings, and the location, ideal for visiting the Hoge Veluwe National Park, Arnhem, and other nearby spots. The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We also appreciated having an electric car charging point and the friendly staff. It’s highly recommended for families.

“Oké maar doen we niet nog een keer”

Nice spot, but not clean—there were rings on the table, silverfish in the beds and bedrooms, and it felt very dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all.
