The bar and pool area were really nice, and the live music on the pool deck added to the vibe. However, the floors in my room could have been cleaner; I found a top from a water bottle just lying on the floor, trash.

The location was great, but the room sheets had human hair on them and the towels were dirty. We asked for a new set once, and the TV didn’t work—despite two requests to fix or replace it, we received no response or a solution. Other than that, we let the staff know.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient to most attractions. The food at the restaurant was very good, and we enjoyed the poolside food and beverage service.

“We would not choose this hotel again.”

The location and on‑property restaurant were good, and the pool area was quaint and well maintained, though you have to walk through the restaurant to get in. Housekeeping was inconsistent: the floor in our room wasn’t swept or vacuumed during our entire 5‑night stay. We had towels exchanged one night after 6 pm, placed outside our door by housekeeping, and they were still there the next morning.
