I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The place seemed to be under renovation and wasn't busy, but that's where the positives ended. The shower in not one, not two, but three different rooms I tried had a major plumbing issue - they only dispensed hot water, with no cold water to be found, making it impossible to take a comfortable shower without risking burns. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to this significant problem.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, I found the hotel to be comfortable, clean, and newly renovated, with super comfy and quiet rooms. However, we had a bit of a chaotic arrival experience since our reservation wasn't readily available, despite having already paid. Thankfully, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were able to check in without a hitch.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel, with the super comfortable bed being a definite highlight. However, there was one drawback that slightly marred my stay - the hotel's policy required us to frequently contact the staff to let us in and out of the room, which was a bit of a hassle, especially since I had to leave the room often for personal reasons. I felt bad for having to bother the staff, but they were very understanding and accommodating, which was a relief.
