The family room came with two double beds that were comfortable, but everything else was very basic—there was no hot water for the shower, and the rooms were located in a square right next to the reception, making them noisy during footfall and check‑out times.

The service was extremely comfortable, with every request being met as best as possible; the guys at reception were very polite and pleasant, and the kitchen served tasty food at very reasonable prices in the hotel restaurant. However, the room faced the street and was quite noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper you should consider that; the bathroom was very small, and if you have long hair you’ll have to wash it in a bucket, which is very unusual for Europeans because it would be very hard to do in the shower.

The door was broken and the hotel was not as posh as the photos suggested, so I would not recommend it.

“Nice people and good value.”

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the location was close to the main sightseeing spots, but the rooms were a little basic and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work very well.

Het eten in het restaurant was zeer goed. Drinkwater werd altijd gratis aangeboden. Over het algemeen vriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst betrat iemand van het personeel onze volledige kamer met schoenen aan. Helaas mag er in de kamers gerookt worden
