The staff were friendly, and the price‑to‑quality ratio for a plain room near the tram and the city centre was very good.

The location was good and the accommodation was decent. The breakfast was fine.

The staff were kind, the place was well‑located, the facilities were good, and it was quiet. The toilets on the landing were a drawback.

I liked the location, but the hotel felt abandoned and the rooms weren't really comfortable.
