“Ha Giang Loop da sogno”

Everything was great. The structure is beautiful on the mountain base, with spacious areas of all kinds—from the pool to the leisure room, a very large terrace for breakfast, and young, very helpful staff. We also did a 3‑day Ha Giang Loop with them. Prices are much lower than average (just write on WhatsApp and they’ll send all the info). The Ha Giang Loop was the best experience we could have; the drivers are good and very friendly, creating a unique atmosphere for our group. BIG D, we’ll never forget you. “Gran servicio y un equipo humano de primera”

My stay and the subsequent Lotus Ha Giang Loop experience were fantastic. Some operational details popped up at first, but the management responded swiftly and professionally to resolve them. The highlight of both the accommodation and the agency is the staff; the reception ladies are incredibly efficient, resourceful, and kind, making life easier for any traveler. On the tour, guides like Kem and Toai raise the adventure to another level: close, safe, and fun guaranteed. A highly recommended place and agency if you visit Ha Giang. Thanks for everything! Perfect all around.

“Great place to stay !”

Friendly staff, especially Tina, arranged bus transfers for us and handled any request promptly. The private room was pleasant and offered good value. The pool was nice for cooling off, and breakfast was decent. We also booked the Ha Giang Loop tour through them, which turned out to be brilliant.

The pool was a plus. Breakfast was poor, cleaning was terrible, the room was large but the furnishings were disordered, and… (the original ends abruptly).
