The location was good. The food did not meet my expectations, the kids’ lunch portions were too large, and it was either seasonal or too hot in midsummer.

The hot spring was great. There were no laundry facilities.

The price was reasonable, the location was clear and close to the ski resort, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the shower only produced cold water; we learned during our stay that the open‑air bath was unusable in winter; we couldn’t figure out how to use the tabletop lighting and there was no instruction manual; personally, I would have liked a notebook and pen to be provided.

The staff’s behavior was at the lowest level—no greetings at all, shirts left unbuttoned, this level of rudeness was a first‑time experience.
