We enjoyed everything, especially the hospitality and kindness of the staff who were very attentive. Being able to swim in the pool with the kids was a highlight. Nothing to note otherwise.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location might be a downside, as there were few food options nearby—mostly coffee shops rather than restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay and can’t fault anything. Zoe and her team—Ming and Quinn—made the experience exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, but Ming went above and beyond, even giving me a lift to sort out a mobile SIM card so I avoided paying for a full month and got exactly what I needed for my short stay. Quinn recommended a fabulous French restaurant, and I had an amazing dinner. Zoe was always attentive, helping with directions and any other needs, while Quinn made things easy by organizing massages. The whole team’s care and service really stood out. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. I especially liked how dark it could get, which made for great sleep. The mattress was firm, perfect for my back, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the shower had strong water pressure. Extras like a hairdryer and razor were provided, adding convenience. Breakfast was another highlight; the Vietnamese and Chinese-style buffet was delicious and reminded me of home—a comforting way to start the day. The location is in a local, suburban area, which I loved. It gave me easy access to authentic local food spots instead of touristy places, and I enjoyed eating where the locals eat. If I return to Hanoi—especially for another conference—I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
