The staff behaved well, but the place could be cleaner.

“Nice, well located and cheap place to stay !”

We stayed two nights there and it was great! The staff was very helpful and accommodating, assisting us with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a desk, toilet paper, and towels. The location was perfect, right in the middle of nice spots for coffee (Carrot Cake and Coffee) and food (Fujiya Green Restaurant), and very close to the main temple Mahabodhi and other temples to visit. Everything was within walking distance. The place was very quiet, away from the main commotion. We had a non‑AC room, but the fan was okay even though it was very hot those days; they also offer AC rooms. It's a nice, well‑located and simple place to stay in Bodhgaya, and we definitely recommend it!

“Rama Guest House Value for Money”

I stayed in a tidy room with a bathroom that had hot water, and the Wi‑Fi worked fine. The owner and staff were helpful and arranged a taxi to Rajgir and Nalanda at a reasonable price.

“Wish we could have stayed longer in Bodhgaya and we would have stayed here for sure.”

The place is in a great spot, simple but pleasant, close to the temple and just a minute’s walk from two good eateries. The AC was good and the hot shower worked without any fiddling, which was wonderful.
