The café had very few options, but the daytime staff were great while the night service fell short; we asked to open the garage but the intercom didn’t work, so we had to climb up to request it. The attendant said I’d need to check availability for the garage, which is a complimentary service at the hotel, yet the website advertised it as available—one of the reasons we chose this place for its parking and location. In the middle of the night, a guest on our floor shouted loudly in the corridor, waking our daughter; we called reception to ask someone to speak down, but the phone didn’t work at 3 am, and the disturbance lasted about 40 minutes, which was very annoying.

Breakfast was good. The room was small.

The location was great. The air‑conditioning didn’t work properly, the room wasn’t fully cleaned, the mini‑fridge leaked water, and the room I was assigned had a lot of external noise at night.

The service, breakfast, and restaurant that stays open at night were all good, and the shower was excellent. The bathroom shower area was very small, though.
