I had a good experience with the staff here - they were super friendly and went out of their way to help.
The location was awesome, right by the ski slope.
The spa area was really nice and I loved that I could just ski right out the door.

“Schade”
A friendly, dedicated staff, tasteful hotel, buffet excellent, wellness area clean and very good. The location is perfect for skiing. At around 19:30, loud “old white men” groups in bathrobes—“I have nothing underneath”—lined the bar in front of the restaurants, which was disappointing for the level I expected. The hostess seemed overwhelmed, and an inflatable sex doll was found floating in the indoor pool, adding to her frustration.

Great hotel, fantastic staff.
Direct access to the ski slope was perfect. The hotel infrastructure was spacious and modern (ski room, fitness, wellness, restaurants, etc.) and had a very good ratio to the number of guests. Good cuisine from the Japanese and Italian restaurants on site.
“Sehr fein!”
The location was fantastic and there were three different restaurants on site, plus the staff were incredibly friendly – the parking service even cleaned my windows, which was great. It sat right on the ski slope, though the pool was far too cold.
The room size and hotel location were great; we went straight from the ski lift to the slope. Breakfast was excellent, parking in the garage, and you can have your car parked for you or do it yourself. We also enjoyed the wellness facilities.
