“A building steeped in history but you should carefully weigh your choices”
The hotel is very close to the historic center and the management speaks English, but it’s an old building that probably used to be a 19th‑century inn; there’s no parking, so I only managed to find a spot about 600 meters away by chance. The floors creak, which is understandable for an old building, and the carpets are shabby and worn out. Our room faced the street and the noise didn’t stop until 1 AM. The steps are very high—again due to the age of the building—so I don’t recommend it for people with foot problems, and there’s no elevator, so staying on the first floor is advisable.
