City Pass Da Lat

Ms Thư, the owner, was incredibly friendly, hospitable, warm, and welcoming, and we chatted at length about everything, which turned out to be very useful for my trip. The room was spacious, clean, and such a good deal, with fully furnished amenities.

“It's ok for such a low price”

The staff were very nice and the location great, and the room was big with plenty of natural light. However, the pillows smelled so badly that I couldn't use them and had to sleep without them. The bathroom, listed as private on booking, was actually not private and quite dirty.

“Amazing stay and great location!”

The room was excellent, large, and well equipped, and the location was great—easily walkable to many food spots and markets in the local neighborhood. The area was lively and vibrant, and the central spot made it easy to reach the main markets and city attractions. The value for the quality and size of the room was amazing, the beds comfortable, and the staff professional, helpful, and kind. Wi‑Fi was good, there was a shared kitchen, and it was suitable for both short and long stays. I highly recommend this place.

“It's not even worth $5 lol”

I had the bad luck of getting the very last room on the top floor, the fourth floor with no elevator. Mold covered the entire room, dust and trash were still present, and it felt like a dump. I found several hairs in the bed, and the toilet was shared even though the listing promised a private toilet. The Wi‑Fi didn't work, the kitchen was filth, and the fridge looked abandoned for months. I don't understand the high ratings at all; I left after one night even though I paid for two. It was so appalling that it made me laugh. After traveling for six months in several countries, I've never seen such a disgusting place.

I was very satisfied with the stay and it was cheap.
