The place was spotless and the location was spot on; Vikki and the rest of the team were absolutely delightful, and the view from our room was spectacular—could even spot the Breinz‑Rothorn train from the window. No complaints.

We stayed in a beautiful chalet set in a peaceful environment, well maintained, and enjoyed the quiet. The breakfast was hearty and varied, and Sabrina gave us great information. Seeing the steam train pass added a touch of exotic charm, and with the sun out, we were very pleased with our stay. We didn’t understand why the relaxation room was closed, and the kitchen area could have been better marked.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was nice. The pillow was too soft and offered no neck support.
