Breakfast was not good; it felt like a restaurant for outsiders, not suitable for hotel guests, and it was unhygienic. There was no proper breakfast, and the staff were busy serving restaurant orders.

Nothing to say honestly. The restroom had a weird smell, and the bed sheets smelled like humidity.

“Not the quality you normally will get at a Holiday Inn Express (rundown in staff, breakfast)”

This Holiday Inn Express isn’t like the usual ones; a Chinese restaurant sits in the lobby but it isn’t part of the hotel. Breakfast happened there in the morning and the food was very poor. The staff were not very friendly at check‑in, and when I asked for a breakfast voucher they refused to give it to me, forcing me to return later. The place feels run‑down and doesn’t match the quality you’d normally expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The reception and lobby area left a bad impression, and the staff and breakfast were disappointing.
