The breakfast spread was wide and the a la carte options were available too. The room and bathroom were both large and roomy. A few softer touches in the room, like artwork or a plant, would have been nice.

The room was big, clean, and newly renovated. The location is also great, in my opinion. A full-length mirror in the room would be a welcome addition.

They cancelled my reservation just one day before arrival and forced me to rebook at a higher price. During my stay I asked several times for basic items like a shower cap, but they never brought them. The toilet clogged multiple times and, even after reporting it, the problem was not properly fixed. I’m not usually a complainer, but this experience and service level were very disappointing.
