The location was really convenient for work and the pool was a nice bonus. The room was old and not particularly clean, and nighttime comfort could be improved.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and even though it was on the main street, it was very quiet. Parking was in the courtyard, but it seems restaurant guests also used it, so we had a room with a balcony and an elevator. The fact that all parking spots were taken by restaurant guests made unloading difficult. The table on the balcony was rusted, and the pool, which looked great, was unfortunately not operating – a real disappointment and a reason we chose this hotel, only for it to become unusable. Rooms were relatively tight, so the balcony was a relief. It would be great if the hotel had a notice board with the menu and opening hours. If someone books there, it’s best to bring everything you need in advance. We didn’t see any shops nearby, only the restaurant and the hotel.

The building feels outdated and doesn’t live up to its name… I don’t know what’s French about it. The area is quiet. The room is frankly quite questionable.

“vicino modena per lavoro”

An inexpensive hotel with a nice pool and a relatively large, fairly secure parking lot. The rooms are dated, some things like the blinds don’t work, and it’s hard to sleep with too much light. Overall it’s not bad, but you really feel like you’re thirty years behind.
