Location. Room was ok, bed was very uncomfortable, linen smelt dirty, bathroom had never been cleaned, black hair all over the toilet hand basin and in shower, shower was cold, water all over the floor in bathroom and no bathmat

nothing. The actual room was materially different from the photos shown at booking. The room I received had no window, which made it extremely stuffy and poorly ventilated. There was no natural light at all, and the room felt almost like a prison cell than a guest room. The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, so I had to rely on my own mobile data. The bedding and room cleanliness were poor, and the shared bathroom was very dirty.

I don’t get any breakfast. Location is the best. Some guest were loud and noisy. Especially the one with kids

地點方便. 這已經是第三次入住 但後2次入住洗澡時都沒什麼熱水 加上是冬天蠻冷的 吹風機風力有點弱
