“Very bad.”
Nothing noteworthy on the positive side. The phone didn’t work, water wasn’t coming until the motor was started after we reported it, and that was after we had already gone down because the phone was still broken; hot water never arrived, so we had to leave without a shower. Breakfast was arranged quickly but late, and the place wasn’t clean.

Food was good. 1. The room was a mess, not cleaned, bedsheets had stains, fan making noise. 2. AC not working. 3. No breakfast was possible before 8:30 as the chef starts work at 8:30 am only and we had to leave by 7:45 to the airport. Not giving us any option even to deduct the cost of breakfast. They said the breakfast timing is mentioned in the hotel listing site, but I cannot still find it, else I would have not booked this hotel. 4. Changing both rooms is still the same issue with AC, not that great. 5. No toilet tissue nor the jet spray (bidet) working. 6. No tray to keep the toiletries. 7. None of the bathroom doors had a working lock. 8. No bathrobe as mentioned in the description. 9. No curtains, piece of cloth hammered to the window and that too not covering the window. Entire night the light from the street directly coming onto the eyes while sleeping
The overall experience was good, but the check‑in and room preparation need improvement.
