Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ann Arbor West by IHG

The location was convenient for the area.

“El hotel bien, desayunos puede mejorar y limpieza a solicitarse”

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms weren’t cleaned daily; on the third day we had to ask at the front desk.

“A good place, but room was not stocked as it should have been”

The room was great, a good size for a family to stay. Had to ask for pull-out bed sheets and blankets. Only 1 roll of TP was provided; had to ask for more

“Great stay in a new hotel”

Breakfast was wonderful with omelettes, biscuits and gravy, and fresh cinnamon rolls. The staff were friendly and the beds were actually very comfortable.

“We had a good nights sleep and the staff were great.”

The bed was very comfortable. The sheets soft and pillows werer good. The Bathroom looked good but (see below). The towels were adequate (3 sets available). Loved having the room immediately after exiting the elevator. The bathroom's shower could have been cleaner. The cushions on the sofa bed side of the seating were a little flattened from use but they did seem clean
