The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the location lets you walk to everything in the city centre. The windows provide good sound insulation when closed, and the owner is very responsive. A bit of dust in the bathroom and a few more touch‑ups—especially on the toilet paper holder—would be nice.

The room was perfect, clean, and quiet, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner Massimo was super kind and welcoming. If you want a place to stay in Naples, I strongly recommend this property!

The apartment sits on the street that leads to Monte Echia, close to the Parthenope university. Piazza Plebiscito, the Chiaia metro stop and the seafront are all within a 5‑10 minute walk. I received clear, precise self‑check‑in instructions via WhatsApp from the owner. The room was spacious and clean, with a shared bathroom that also served two other rooms. The price was great, especially since finding a stay in Naples around €50 a night is getting harder. What annoyed me enough to drop my rating to 6 (instead of an 8) was the excessive, redundant warnings about bans, penalties and guest behaviour, which made me feel fearful and mistrusting of other guests. The entrance is video‑monitored, and I suspect the owner checks who enters at check‑in through the camera. The room is covered everywhere—on the door and the bed—with obvious, repetitive signs like “don’t spill, don’t break, don’t make noise at night.” Added to that are all the pre‑check‑in warnings, such as the absolute ban on bringing guests, with the threat of immediate cancellation (I doubt I would have actually been kicked out if, for example, I let a friend use the bathroom in an emergency), or the extra night charge if I left after the checkout time. This over‑zealousness and constant warning of guests is hard to understand and feels excessive. It would be far better to invest that energy in improving the room itself—providing a full set of three towels instead of two, adding a table and a chair, removing those decorative pillows that inevitably end up on the floor, adding more power outlets next to the bed, installing a proper wardrobe, air‑conditioning instead of a fan, a shower gel dispenser instead of the two tiny samples, and a non‑slip mat throughout the bathroom because the floor becomes especially slippery with the slightest drop of water.

I liked the equipment in both my room and the bathroom. I could sleep peacefully because the windows muted the surrounding noise. The proximity to the centre was a plus. I only found out about an extra tax of €5.5 after I had already paid the main amount.
